El hotel muy bonito con muy buenos servicios y amenidades. El personal de recepción muy atento en todas las necesidades de las personas. Gatos limpios por todo el jardín jugando. Habitaciones impecables. El único detalle es que no hay personal 24 horas y si nos desprogramó una llave y tienes que ir al hotel de junto para que te ayuden con el tema.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour les 4 premières nuits de notre tour du monde en famille et quelle jolie façon de démarrer ! L'hôtel est très agréable, la chambre familiale était spacieuse, propre, et un room service au top tous les jours. Collins (du personnel) nous a chouchoutés pendant tout notre séjour la bas. La nourriture est délicieuse aussi. On s'est régalés tous les jours, que ce soit au dîner ou au petit déjeuner.

Bijzondere locatie met erg vriendelijke medewerkers. De medewerkers die de catering verzorgden waren erg vrolijk en gezellig. Het hotel gaf ons een beetje een country & western gevoel. De kamers zijn allemaal gelijkvloers (4 kamers aan een klein gangetje), hebben een zitje voor 2 personen buiten de kamer en liggen dichtbij het zwembad en restaurant. Er is een buitenbar waar gezellig een drankje kan worden genuttigd. In het hotel is er ook massage mogelijk en is er een kapper. Heerlijk gegeten (buffetten). Hotel ligt dichtbij het Krugerpark en is dus uitermate geschikt als je aan een safari wilt deelnemen. Ook de panoramaroute is vanuit dit hotel prima te doen. Onze reisbegeleider adviseerde ons om na 1800u in het hotel te blijven i.v.m. veiligheid.

Big room big bathroom, drink (fruit based when you arrive) good bed, with international plug. Kettler for making coffee or tea, good breakfast with box if you have to go away early in the morning or in the restaurant. Good dinner in the restaurant the service sometimes is a little bit slow but this is Africa. Wifi only in the swimming pool area, for social use is good . Sometimes electrical blackout are possible (backup generators are available )

When you flash the toilet, all you can imagine, splash all over the bathing tube! It’s the worst I have ever seen! It’s simple gross and extremely health hazard! They should fix their system. I don’t understand the logic behind it! And I’m pretty sure they know about it!

We booked for 3 nights from 25-28th of December, the room description stated 1 king and 2 single separated by a door, when we got to the hotel, tired and hungry after a 9 hour drive the room allocated was 2 doubles. I brought this to the attention of management but to no avail or help, the manager then suggested he will find an extra bed to extend the double which i accepted for the night and to resolve the issue with the reservation clerk the next day. He then couldnt find a bed to keep his word! Room was filthy and dusty, blinds and floor had dust on them, shower didnt work as the water coming out was a trickle. We tried to have an early night but was near the dining room and the noise was unbearable. The next day i called the reservation clerk Goodman, who insisted he gave me the correct room, when we showed him the description on Agoda he arrogantly then argued that its Agodas problem and mistake and not his problem. he then also insisted that the room was not available and promised to check and call me back, 2 hours later i called him again and his arrogance increased and said he is checking and will call me back, still no call. after a long day at Kruger we get to the Hotel and find that we been allocated the correct room finally BUT our belongings have been moved without our consent after explicitly been told not to touch our things! the room aircon didnt work in the 35 degree heat in the small room, the bath tub tap was clogged and the sinks also. I requested that the reservation clerk refund me the difference between he room i booked and the one he gave me for the 1st night and he just laughed. i also repeatedly requested the managers number and contact details which they refused to give me
